Acoustic Wall or Ceiling Panels:

Manufacture, supply and install sound-absorbing wall or ceiling panels.
Substrate: MDF 16 mm, B1 or B2 (according to DIN 4102)
Perforation Diameter: 8 mm
Perforation Pattern: 16 X 16 mm, parallel.
Veneer type (if specified): European or American Maple, Beech, Oak, Ash.
Veneer cut & match: Quarter Cut, slip matched.
Rear: Clad with black acoustic fleece.
Thickness: 16.7 mm +/- 0.2 mm
Panel Length: 3000 mm max.
Panel Width: 1200 mm max.
Edges: Raw, clean cut or with matching 1 mm thick veneer perimeter.
(continuous groove for slip feather if required)
Mounting: Visible attachment with screws every 500 mm through offset holes in the
face of the panels with anti-shock supports behind.
Installation to be on aligned sub-construction (35 X 50 mm wood battens) with filled
cavities according to the acoustic requirements or with 30 mm mineral wool. Joints to
be finished with a black 15 to 50 mm wide shadow reveal behind panels with attention
being paid to a properly aligned joint pattern. A minimum joint space of 3 mm is required
between panels.
